Background
InterExec are a highly respected specialist with an extensive network within the executive search market. For 40 years they have been placing high performing executives into unadvertised job roles at senior management and board level. This is achieved via a network of over 5000 head-hunters based globally, giving them access to 30,000 roles each year.
The company was founded by Kit Scott-Brown, he continues to chair the business today and has been featured in prominent publications such as the FT.
Funding Requirement
InterExec have relied on account manager, Stephen Jenkins, for many years to source the most suitable funding solutions. It wasn’t a difficult decision to approach Tower when undertaking a substantial software development, at considerable cost.
Over the course of 12 months several lines of credit were required in order to fund the new software system, Tower, using our vast network of lenders and expertise in the industry sourced the right level of funding at the best terms possible.
Another finance house had previously tried and failed to assist due to the supplier operating outside of the UK. Tower can fund all aspects of technology from 100% software (bespoke/off the shelf), services, on-going costs and of course hardware.

The new system is up and running and will help InterExec continue to thrive whilst the funding has protected their cash flow – the new technology can pay for itself over a 3 year agreement.
